President’s Room

The President’s room is named after Polish President Lech Walesa who stayed in this room in 1998. A highly carved Victorian king size walnut bed graces this elegant room. Cuddle up with a book or a partner in a window seat. Amenities include fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, Digital Cable. The President’s room has a private bath. Margaret Thatcher Room

Sleep where we hosted British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher when she came to Fulton in 1996 for the 50th anniversary of Churchill’s Iron Curtain speech. Winston Churchill Room

This room is named after Winston Churchill. The National Churchill Museum and the Christopher Wren’s Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Aldermanbury is virtually across the street from our inn. In 1946 it was at Westminster College that Winston Churchill delivered one of his most significant speeches. That address described how “An Iron Curtain has descended across the Continent”, effectively marked the beginning of the Cold War between the allies & the Soviet Union. The speech forever linked, Fulton and Westminster College with Winston Churchill. You’ll feel cozy in this room with a new bathroom in 2019, King size Mahogany antique bed, fireplace, digital cable and DVD player.
